AC Filter Check is a product of Dynamasoft ("we", "us"). By using AC Filter Check you agree to these terms.

The service

AC Filter Check lets landlords and property managers send tenants reminders to replace HVAC filters, collect photos showing the filter was replaced, and track which units are up to date.

Text message program

• Program: AC Filter Check maintenance reminders, sent on behalf of your landlord or property manager.
• What you receive: reminders that your AC filter is due, with a link to upload a photo, and follow-ups if it has not been done.
• Frequency: varies, typically 1 to 3 messages each time a filter is due.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You will get one confirmation and no further messages.
• Help: reply HELP or email support@acfiltercheck.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Landlords and property managers

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the tenant information you enter.
• You may only add tenants you have a current rental relationship with, and you must not pressure or trick a tenant into agreeing to text messages.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• AC Filter Check records what tenants submit. It does not inspect HVAC equipment, and it is not a substitute for professional maintenance.

Tenants

Links we text you are personal to you. Photos you upload are shared with your landlord or property manager. Only upload photos you took of the filter at your home.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another customer's data, or use it to send messages unrelated to property maintenance.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including HVAC damage or repair costs, arising from use of the service or from a reminder that was not delivered.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.
